Warm Up
Alternating 20 Jumping Jacks with jogging to a tree about 30 seconds away from your spot and back)

Circuits: Do each group of exercises three times through

1. Alternating Step Ups on bench (20 Reps)
2. Tricep Dips on bench (15 Reps)
3. Squats on bench. Let hips touch bench every time (20 Reps)

4. Band Rows looping band around bench (20 Reps)
5. Pushups on bench (15 Reps)
6. Alternating Walking Lunges (20 Reps)

7. Plank Twist on grass (20 Reps)
8.  Bicycles (30 Reps)

Tabata: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, alternating exercises for 4 minutes total
9. Tabata- Bench burpees/Side shuffles
